had three cocktails at nopa:
escondido romano – chipotle vodka, cynar, dimmi, cava
valkyrie – aquavit, aperol, vermouth (dolin blanc), sunshine (saffron) bitters
sherry shrub – manzanilla sherry, huckleberry shrub

2 oz pineapple-vodka bounce (basically an infusion, but i like the term ‘bounce’)
1 oz lemon
1 oz saffron syrup (3 long threads in 1/2 cup hot water + 1/2 cup sugar)
blackpepper-sugar rim
