it’s prettay fuckin sweet to be back on planet cocktail.
2 oz pineapple-vodka bounce (basically an infusion, but i like the term ‘bounce’)
1 oz lemon
1 oz saffron syrup (3 long threads in 1/2 cup hot water + 1/2 cup sugar)
blackpepper-sugar rim
a nice, clean, simple drink. frothy (from the pineapple?) and a beautiful golden color. [...]
