pisco sour. a good drink. very clean, crisp, well-balanced. that’s all i had, it was enough to cause me to stare off into space aimlessly. the bitters were house-made, my suckful aimless self didn’t inquire after them.
camino was mostly empty, which is a big change from a couple months ago.
later i made a 1.5x urb saint. that is a damn fine drink.
